The welcome was good, check-in smooth. Pretty hotel. Vending machine on landing empty but we don’t need anything. Only one towel each but the shower good, tea and coffee in the room and kettle. Wall mounted hairdryer. Enough sockets and beds very comfortable. Great place to stopover as very central.

Sorry to say the start to the stay was a nightmare. We arrived near the hotel but could not get to it as there were barriers blocking the road. We pulled up nearby and our wives went in to book and find the parking. This turns out to be underground on an adjacent street. Instructions took us to the next corner and round to the next street. Impossible due to road closures for a market. We spent the next hour trying to find an alternative route to the parking. The whole area was closed off. Eventually we moved a barrier and entered the market area and drove to the parking building, very carefully. Lots of nasty looks and gestures from people. Not the best start. Bed was comfortable, shower was adequate but had only two temperatures hot and red hot. Breakfast was minimal. A Croissant each and a few bits of bread, yogurts and sliced of cake. The receptionist tried to help but seemed unaware of the road closures. Check out was straight forward. I would say don't book a Sunday night unless you are arriving after 7 pm if the market is being held.

The noise levels at night were very bad, between seagulls, pigeons, traffic, bad plumbing and other guests we got very little sleep. The shower and bathroom were really poor we rarely had hot showers.

Un court séjour de 2 nuits. La chambre - lees lits - la salle de bain étaint comfortables. Le petit déj suffisait bien. Il y avait du choix: pain, fromage, jambon, fruits, yaourt, ... Le personnel était gentil et seviable. Je le recommanderais à d'autres.
