"We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. The response to get it all...

"Our stay was great. Never stayed in a holiday home that had room proportions of this home! The only reason I gave 4 stars for the overall rating was that on the first morning, we had no hot water. However, impressed by the way that this was resolved within a couple of hours as it required an emergency call out for a plumber in a bank holiday weekend."

"We chose Rhubarb cottage for our New Forest stay because we wanted a property that would accept dogs and was in easy walking distance of the new forest trails. The cottage did not disappoint. It was clean and well presented. There was no dog smell that you can get in places that accept dogs which was great and it helped our one settle much quicker than he has in other accommodation in the past.
