Room 4 was a delight to stay in also the Bed was so comfortable décor was also very good Well Done!!!

Generally a nice place to to stay. The evening meal was excellent, but unfortunately that was not the same for breakfast, most definitely the "worst" full english breakfast i have ever had, dont know how they had the audacity to serve it up!!! Will not be returning.

Recently refurbished and renovated as a chic bistro winebar and luxury accomodation - throughly enjoyed staying here; would unhesitatingly recommend it to anyone - steep stairs to top most floor owing to the age of the building - only negative point .

We loved our stay and are looking forward to coming again, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was lovely and very clean, location was ideal for what we wanted.

Lovely room, perfect for relaxing after a day out walking. Chosen because it was dog friendly and it did not disappoint - good for walking into town and loved that there was a map showing us how to get there by avoiding the main road. Breakfasts were delicious! Thank you for our stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable, modern and tastefully furnished.

Loved this place, very welcoming, excellent and attentive service with a bit of humour thrown in! Super rooms which were spotless and well maintained. Very generous vegetarian breakfast which was very tasty! Would highly recommend.

Stayed here for one night in Room 5 (I think) As I was driving back from a festival in Dorset, I kept in touch with the hotel staff about my arrival and all was fine when I arrived about 7pm. There’s no private parking. Street parking only, but at least it was right in front of the house and free. The owner showed me around the B&B, the bedroom and the separate shared bathroom. This guest house far outperforms most high-end hotels. Guests are made welcome by friendly and attentive hosts who provide an excellent experience. The quality of breakfast is highly unusual, with the best of ingredients cooked to perfection. The choice is equally impressive. A lovely old pub sits next door, The Swan with Two Nicks and the wonderful Dunham Massey estate is a ten minute stroll away, across open country. Wonderful !

Love this hotel. They give you a code to get into the room so you dont have to check in at all. Just walk straight in! The room was small but fine if you are only looking for somewhere to crash. The rooms are nicely done, clean and have a nespresso, sky TV etc. Breakfast was spot on too! I would definitely visit again.

It was very fantastic, I have known kevin since i started my shifts in stoke-on-trent. Very Gentlemen and warm as always. the room is very clean and very large as I didn't expect it. (the room I reserved) room was so warm and bed is new, I should say all is new from floor to ceiling. I am definitely giving them 10/10 for my stay. and will be booking for more after my first stay. _-S.Usman

Breakfast was very good, much better than other Champneys hotels we have stayed at. Room was nice but the TV unfortunately kept cutting out. Really friendly and helpful staff, and a luxury feel.

Good value for money

The staff service was exceptional at this hotel, the friendly and attentiveness of the employees really made this a wonderful break away. The room was ideal in a pet friendly room it was not luxurious but adequate and suited our visit. The food was wonderful and we felt treated from arriving to departure. I would recommend this hotel it can not be faltering delivery.

Our room was nice and clean. The staff were happy and helpful. The full English breakfast was delicious.

The room was equipped with everything one could need & we appreciated the newspaper service. The owner was friendly as were all the staff but not obtrusive no carpet in the bathroom was a bonus !!
