Right off the hop they called to see if we were happy with the room and if we needed anything and again on checkout, incredibly pleasant. When you go into the room, all the drawers were open, indicating that they had been cleaned. Great pride taken by the team at this hotel"

"Great location, newly renovated, beautiful interior, and friendly, helpful staff. I would recommend upgrading to the larger room. We did and were so glad because we heard from others the regular size rooms are a bit small. I would also recommend booking spa treatments well in advance. We wanted to try those, but hadn’t planned ahead and they were fully booked for massages all weekend. Our fault, but just a quick tip that will hopefully be helpful to others. We had a wonderful stay at this historic hotel!"
