"I am disabled, Receptionist went out of her way to give me a quiet appropriate room and I was able to park in a disabled bay. Some of the breakfast staff were helpful some were not"

"Very friendly helpful staff , had an issue with my initial room and the staff changed it no problem , breakfast was freshly cooked and plentiful, bar prices were very reasonable as well. "

"Currently the hotel is under refurbishment. A lot of amenities wasnt available. Including a hot breakfast on Sunday morning, which was on Saturday. Not a lot of food available on either days. Didn't have the same feel as other macdonald hotels. Rooms were far from reception, which was tricky when it was raining. Rooms were OK. "

"It was my first visit and I enjoyed it very much. I went for a lovely walk around the hotel, the grounds are really nice. Staff were also very friendly. I used the sauna and steam room, both were really nice. The pool floor needed a clean, I know it’s busy, but it really did need it. I will definitely go again to this hotel. Breakfast was really good also."

"The hotel was wonderful, the staff were very kind and professional and always happy to assist. My room was overlooking the sea, stunning view and the dinning area was lovely with a stunning view of the sea also. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I hope to visit again. "
