A nice hotel
Spent a night here last week, staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the area, room was a big size. The free croissant and other little items with a coffee in the morning was a nice touch.

A nice inexpensive hotel close to the centre - just a ten minute walk to Piazza Maggiore. Lovely kind and knowledgeable front desk staff. Room very basic and you can hear neighbours on the toilet! Room very warm but air con not going on until July! Basic breakfast.

Great value, clean rooms and friendly staff. Hotel needs a bit of a refurb and it’s a bit noisy (you can hear the people in the room next to you) but this is outweighed by attentive staff, great location and reasonable price.

Very poor.
Filthy carpets and bed linen. Hairs all over pillows. Was electrocuted when plugging my phone into the wall. Had to sleep without air conditioning. This place needs sorting put. Will never stay again.

Old hotel with clean room
I stayed here for Friday night since there's no valuable hotels( good price & good condition) around the city. So generally , this one has good value for money. - the receptionist was friendly when I checked in . - room is clean , the bathroom is large, though the furniture is old and the room smells a little bit strange like black sour plum juicy. - the sound-proofing is bad.

Horrible Hotel
I recently stayed here for 2 nights. The location is great. But the hotel is horrible. I checked in rather late. The AC in the room didn't work at all. The room was small. The shower wasn't cleaned at all. There was actually someone else used bathroom products in the shower on the floor. Although the rest of the room seemed clean it's hard to say when the bathroom was so dirty. And nothing was cleaned. The window in the room didn't open, so there was no way to get any air in the room at all. I wouldn't stay here again.

Central and convenient to public transport.
Short mini break to Bologna. Easy to walk to the sights. 20 min walk from Train Station. Staff were very helpful, buffet breakfast good.

A Welcoming Manager
Our stay at Hotel San Felice was only 12 hours, as we were departing in the early hours of the morning to go back to the USA. We arrived tired and worn out from packing and a train ride from a two week stay in Ravenna. This hotel is modest and centrally located. The manager was extremely welcoming, and when I indicated a minor problem with the lights in our room, he himself came to our room within a few minutes to fix the lights in his very charming and friendly manner. He arranged for a taxi to pick us up at 4:00am, answered all our questions about Wi-Fi and getting around Bologna. He is truly a gem of a manager.

Quality place to stay. Great location and very helpful staff. Internet wifi worked well and the bed was comfortable. Room clean and quiet. Recommended.

Close to Sports Centre
We chose the hotel due to its proximity to the sports centre. There was free wi-fi plus a complimentary computer in the lobby which was appreciated. The breakfast buffet was fine but you needed to go early to ensure it was not picked over. Very close to the airport so it was just a short taxi ride. Walking distance to the main square and canal.

The reception people are great and ready to help. The bed was comfortable. All the rest was extremely awful - the water in the shower was leaking, you could hear everything from other rooms, the breakfast was of no choices.

De lokatie is top , je loopt zo de oude stad in. Kamer eenvoudig maar alles oké . Ontbijt eenvoudig, fruitsalade beperkt beschikbaar. Zeer vriendelijk personeel . Zou er weer komen !

Great!
I came to Bologna to attend a class for a week and stayed at this hotel. I am very happy with the stay and can recommend stay at this hotel. The hotel is close the the city center, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is light and good and the cleaning was thorough. It is likely that I will return to Bologna at a later point and I will not hesitate with using San Felice again. Thank you!

Hotel in ottima posizione vicino al centro e alla stazione centrale, non ho mai usato mezzi mi sono spostata sempre a piedi. Le camere andrebbero sistemate(o almeno quella che avevo io)..la serratura della porta funzionava male e l'insonorizzazione è pessima. Però ho dormito bene, il letto era comodo e fortunatamente nessuno ha fatto casino durante la notte. La pulizia non è eccellente ma decisamente te non come descritta nelle pessime recensioni che ho letto! Il punto di forza è decisamente il personale. Ho trovato 2 addetti in reception gentilissimi, educati e disponibile ad aiutarmi. Veramente complimenti! È stato un buon soggiorno.

Personale gentilissimo e camera pulitissima. Anche la struttura in generale è molto pulita, ma avrebbe bisogno di una rimodernata per evitare l'attuale aspetto trasandato di alcuni elementi. Servirebbe anche una migliore insonorizzazione delle camere e un minibar in camera, almeno per avere dell'acqua fresca.

Fiquei hospedada neste hotel por 05 dias. Positivo: localização. Próximo às principais atrações e à estação de trem. Os 02 recepcionistas muito atenciosos e cordiais. O hotel não tem café da manhã, mas eles oferecem aos hóspedes, na recepção, um café e croissant toda manhã. Negativo: As luzes do quarto e do banheiro muito escuras; fraca iluminação. O chuveiro precisa de manutenção. Sai pouca água. Falta também no box um suporte para colocar sabonete e shampoo.
