Dated hotel, rude staff, but tasty breakfast

Poor customer service on checkin and room somewhat dated, but clean. Breakfast was nice though

All quite good (room, food bar) bed could have been better though, Would recommend.

Just a one night stay. Check-in and check-out was quick. Service was clinical but not unfriendly. The area was ok. Near shopping and the HBF; so convenient.

Not much else to choose

This is ok as not much choice around. Downside was tha coffee machine didn't work, and wasn't fixed, neither was any coffee provided so that is academic in any case. I was in a single room and the duvet didn't even cover the bed, not satisfactory. I have stayed here before in another room and it was much better without the problems mentioned above. Provision of a computer and printer in the lobby was great, and most useful.

Excellent hotel centralized location

Pros: Everything.
Cons: A better gift shop.
Location: Located across from the main train station, the hotel is convenient for travelers. A number of incredible restaurants are within walking distance.
My experience was delightful. Staff, facilities, food were quite pleasing. The hotel is centrally located making it convenient.

ok hotel

overall ok but 1) appalling that only 1 x wifi device allowed 2) aircon needs up grading . poor room temperature control

The free wifi is for one device, if you need several divices at a better speed we recomend our HightSpeed option for up to three devices at max. 100Mbit for only 9,90€/day. A visit to our Daughter who is studying in Bochum. the Hotel room was on the cold side and I did not take breakfast in the hotel as the cost was 17 euro a day per person. the local café was reasonable

Hotel near the station

Pros: Location near both the station, city centre and the nightlife area
Cons: Nothing we could see on our brief visit
Location: 10 mins from the Bermuda Triangle area
Good value hotel which we needed near the station as we were leaving early in the morning Quick check in, great room with plenty of Room and great view on the with floor Did not gave breakfast
