In particular, we would like to recognize Jorge Quezada from The Pescador restaurant, and Ernesto from the Pescador bar, for their hard work in providing amazing service. We stayed for a week and got tired of our food options though Changing the menus up more would be helpful. Also, a little more adult entertainment please. We loved the casino night. "This is a premier hotel. As far as beachfront lodges go, it would be hard to compete with Quinta. The staff, on the whole, are terrific. And the accommodations tremendous! BUT, there are a few things to be aware of…. The restaurant is VERY EXPENSIVE. We (two) had a total of five meals over three days, and it cost me over $750. I don’t know how that’s possible, except that I did not pay sufficient attention to the pricing in pesos. It would benefit the international traveler to ensure all menus...
