"Sea Essence on Kingsley had everything we needed and quite a few things we didn’t know we needed but appreciated! A perfect location with sea views a good number of bedrooms that accommodated the whole family for our Christmas-in-January holiday. The top range appliances in the expansive kitchen (and the large BBQ) made feeding everyone a breeze. The heated pool has glimpses of the sea - with people moving from one to the other throughout the day. All-in-all a fantastic holiday - we look forward to visiting again."

"Beautiful location, easy access to the beach and Nelson Bay is a quick drive away if you need to eat out. The beach was wonderful for young kids and never crowded during our stay. The hous itself is immacculate and well maintained and havig readily available internet and air conditioning meant we were able to relax after a hot day of sswimming. Would definitely stay here again and Glenyss was a pleasure to deal with, very prompt and informative with her communication."

"Stunning home overlooking the ocean. Very well equipped with cooking utensils and basic pantry. Perfect for 2 families of 4 adults and 3 tweens. The 2 lounge rooms and layout of the property in general were perfect to suit all the guests. I recommend the linen hire as it made it easier to pack for our trip. But bring extras! "
