The large heated lap pool, multiple entertaining areas and expansive manicured grounds, together with a cinema room, make this the ideal place for guests to play and relax in their own resort-like abode. A sleek and stylist separate games room is found is the gardens complete with pool table, kitchenette and bathroom. The stunning 15m heated lap pool enjoys beautiful views of the surrounding garden and trees where privacy is maintained at all times. Exercise or relax and in the water with swims in the pool or take a short walk to the highly sought after One Mile Surf Beach. You can stroll to the nearby Koala Sanctuary. The huge lawn is ideal for family games of sport and for kids to run and play, after which everyone can cool off in the inviting heated lap pool with relaxing jets surrounding the seating area. The large kitchen is fully equipped and is open plan to the family and dining room, all of which flow out to the undercover alfresco entertaining area, complete with dining table, built-in BBQ and kitchenette, which overlooks the massive rolling lawn and sparkling pool. The elegant main indoor living domain where you can gather around the gas log fire for drinks or with a book and a fully appointed home cinema for movie nights or watching the footy. There are 5 spacious and glamorous bedrooms, the master has a king sized bed, WIR, ensuite with shower, bath tub and a double vanity. The second bedroom also has a king bed and bedrooms 3 & 4 have queen beds. Bedroom 5 has 2 king singles or a king sized zip bed and a cot is available if you have an infant. The family bathroom features a bath and shower. Coast and Country Luxury Estate has a carport and double lock-up garage, as well as a vast circular driveway allowing for oodles of off street parking for cars and boats. The property also has ducted air conditioning. LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen. Doonas, blankets and pillows. ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 10 adults. There is a sofa bed that will be added to accommodate two children 11 & 12 ($100), total maximum guest 12. BOND Coast and Country Estate has a refundable bond of $2000 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date. BED CONFIGURATION OPTIONS: Option 1: 2 King, 2 Queen, 2 Singles Option 2: 3 King, 2 Queen Additional costs when booking: Sofa Bed (children only) $100 per booking which includes towels and linen hire. The kids loved the cinema room and pool. However the tv aerial was broken which meant we could not get free to air tv. Lucky we could use our own Netflix account. There were a few other poorly maintained things like the fan in the ensuite bathroom not working, toilet seat broken and there the washing powder box provided was empty. It has everything you need. The 15m heated pool is amazing. If we weren't in the pool we were playing pool in the games room or man shed as my son called it. A few small issues but wouldn't markdown the rating for them. There was a mix up with the cleaners not expecting us to arrive and because of the inconvenience we received a lovely complementary grazing box the next day. The home theatre system told us it needs a new globe so we didn't use it, no lights were working in the master suite and we couldn't get the aircon working in the bedrooms. We only needed two of the five bedrooms so wasn't a great issue for us we just used the rooms closest to the aircon that was working! Couldn't use the foosball table as one of the players must have had an accident and lost his legs. The game room is setup really nicely some updated accessories cue rack etc would be great. We loved that they arrange for somebody to take the bins out and bring them back in the next day. Such a nice quiet spot. Beautifully kept gardens. I would love to stay again another time. ##### Joanne D. Stayed 4 nights in Nov 2024 ### 8/10 Good #### Dan 25 Feb 2023 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Spacious and large back yard Overall we are happy with the property. \* Pool and yard are well maintained \* big front and back yard with plenty of space for kids to run around. \*The Vacuum cleaner broke down, so during our stay, we had to make use of the broom, the bedroom was dusty, but this could be due to the vacuum breaking down, and the cleaner couldn't do their job properly.
