"It was difficult to access the car park due to road works and remodelling at the front of the hotel. However what was being undertaken it will be an excellent pedestrian and event area the rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful the food was of a high standard. "It was a last minute booking to the lakes and we chose such a lovely hotel to stay with lake view on the top floor with climbing all the steps . Room was very comfy, bathroom clean, breakfast fabulous most importantly the staff were very helpful at all times. "
