We went for my fiancée's birthday. Coming from Birmingham, we are lucky to have such a beautiful, quiet and nature-filled place so close to us. The breakfast was open buffet and incredibly delicious. Afterwards we practiced golf and it is the perfect place for an enjoyable weekend.
A thoroughly wonderful experience 😊
Husband played the Brabazon with friends and a great evening also had by all. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff at check in were very friendly & when there was a mix up with my room I was given a bottle of Prosecco as an apology. The room was very comfy and well equipped, except for the shower that dripped & the bottom of the bathroom door was a mess
The lobby is beautiful and when you first walk in you think the stay will be great. But the corridors and rooms are dirty, gloomy and smelly. You definitely don’t feel like you’re in any kind of luxury hotel. The hotel is sprawled over a big area and the rooms are really far from the reception and there is no signage anywhere so I often spent lots of time trying to find everything. Also the room numbers don’t coincide with the floor you’re on or which side of the building you’re on. Also lots of rooms require leaving the building and going through dark areas outside to get to them (unless you want to spend an extra ten minutes walking around the whole building). I have to say that except for the person who checked me in everyone working there is really nice and helpful so that was a plus. But like I said above the hotel needs to definitely be updated. Also lots of things to do for kids like a movie room and rooms with games. Again the rooms were smelly and didn’t feel clean so that was the issue with it.
Amazing Golf resort. Hotel itself is nice with a nice main bar. Rooms aren't as they say on website and on the small side with some amenities missing. Got the sense of you don't book direct they grade you less important.
Nice hotel. Stayed 2 nights. First night was spoilt by a very noisey event that was so loud it physically shook the doors in our room. Unable to change room as hotel fully booked.
Event finished at midnight as promised.
Second night was in superior room. This was great with lovely view of the 1st tee.
Greatest improvement was no disco that night
Most things were fine, but for a venue of this size and expensive occasions most corridor carpets needed cleaning. In our room we had a lampshade which was hanging off and unable to adjust, we had a moveable (wheeled) chair which was very worn and required replacing. Otherwise our stay was enjoyable. We were very surprised by the extent of your Hotel and loved the views across the golf course.

Staff has been very friendly. The cleanness is just acceptable, but be better.
For such a prestigious hotel, I found it quite disappointing. I stayed for a friends wedding and the decor was dated, the carpets were dirty and for a hot and humid day, there was no air conditioning in any of the rooms. For the amount you pay to stay here, it is not worth it!
Amazing service from staff all weekend and excellent to stay whilst the golf tournament was on. Only fault is the rooms were hot could do with air conditioning in such a high class hotel
Stayed to attend the British Masters golf tournament and being onsite made for a great experience. I have rated the property condition and facilities as pleasing rather than excellent for two reasons: (1) breakfast food quality - either over or under cooked items (2) room temperature - very hot but fan provided in the room. Despite these points we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to having a reason to return.
We attended the Belfry for a family wedding.
Beautiful surroundings greeted us.
Our room was quiet and although the outlook wasn't great
The room itself was clean and pleasant.
The wedding breakfast itself was out of this world, it was silver service all the way, it made the day very special.
Because the Belfry is Hugh breakfast was a bit of a challenge although there is a notice telling guest when the best times to come , between 8.30 - 10 am you will be queuing at the door you wont have wait for long the waitress shows you through to your table and on the way are you are shown the self service areas.
We did take a deep breath when had 2 single G & T the bill came to £20 which was steep.
All in all we had a wonderful time at the Belfry.
