"The pool and sauna hours for the hotel were relatively long so that was helpful because after a day out, you can use them. The sauna was well maintained and even included a shower. The hotel staff were helpful but had very short working hours so always had to wait full day to ask a question if anything happened in the evening. Overall very good experience, highly recommend if you're driving, if not its a bit hard in terms of accessibility as public transport services to the hotel finish by half...

"We had a great stay. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and a nice pool. There is a shopping center in a less than 10 minutes walk with supermarket, and 2 resturants. Direct bus connection to Nice and Antibs from bus stop nearby (about 5 minutes walk from hotel). From Antibes one can take the train to Monaco and Cannes. "

"What an incredible stay! We had room 16, a classic room on the first floor which meant we had a lovely view of the pool and Biot itself from our balcony. The room was clean and nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable and spacious so we slept well, especially with the marvellous air con! "This is a wonderful, updated property with great amenities for all ages (pool, pool table, ping pong table, wonderful kitchen, bathrooms). My teenage daughter loved the beautiful lemon tree. Great location to visit our friends which lived 15 minutes away, 30 minutes drive to Nice airport, and great central location to go to several towns and cities within a 30 minute drive. I would highly recommend this property to families."

"Great property. We were two families with teens. The house was spotless, well equipped, comfortable and cozy decor. We loved the pool area and the many terraces for our different meals. The views are stunning and there was space for all to live in their separate quarters and be together also. The gated domain is a five minute drive from the main road but once up there, such peace and quiet ! Thank you Vanessa for helping us organize our stay. We will be back !"

"We spent 4 days in the villa. Pro: Great place. Nice and quiet. The villa is equipped with everything. Cons: Non of the evening lighting in the garden were working. I called the management, but they didn't do anything. Would've been nice to have lights at night! We couldn't adjust the air-conditioning downstairs. Kind of far from Nice or Cannes."
