Built in the 1960’s, this spacious villa blends traditional and modern styles, with four bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom on the main level. The outdoor space features a private pool, mini golf course, two sitting areas, a pool house, Petanque court as well as a separate building featuring a sports center with equipment and facilities, an older but playable snooker table and a bar. Set on a spectacular 3,400 m² landscaped garden which includes a private swimming pool with facilities around it to enjoy the pool and the sun including a BBQ and multiple sitting areas - the perfect place to entertain. The ground floor inside features a large living area, kitchen, and additional shower room, and a large bedroom with its own private bathroom. Upstairs from here, you will find four bedrooms all which include their own private bathroom and access to the outside terrace overlooking the property. Located just 10 minutes from beautiful Antibes City, and 20 mins from the famous city of Cannes. This luxurious retreat provides the perfect base to explore the heart of the French Riviera.
