"Great location for city exploration. Adjacent to the train station. The only issue we had was the air conditioning was terrible. Our room was hotter than the hallway They gave us a free upgrade to a suite which was much cooler. They said they don’t have true air condition. It is centralized air. The breakfast was great and worth the extra $. The gym was also nice enough. I would stay here again given the great customer service. Especially during the cooler months."

"The room was outdated and small and an inefficient use of space. The odd, angled step up in the middle of the room was a tripping hazard in such a small area. There were no electrical outlets near the bed for phone charging, poor lighting, no room to move around without crawling over the bed, nowhere to put luggage, wallpaper was old and peeling. I did not mind the size as much as the outdated features. The staff were wonderful and I did love access to fresh coffee. The location was excellent."

"Lovely hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Amazing location, and very central to everything. Lots of cafes and close by too. The room was very clean and spacious for 3 people. Lovely idea to give out drinks vouchers if you want to op out on housekeeping too. Will definitely stay here again!"
