"We had a great 6-night stay at the Waterloo. The room was nice and clean, with a large window overlooking the greenery that could be opened wide for fresh air. The beds were comfortable, and we really liked the breakfast, especially the items made to order. The staff were helpful and friendly. It was a very good location for exploring Snowdonia, and it was nice to come back to a quiet and comfortable hotel after a day out. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again."

"Absolutely everything was wonderful. The room was lovely - the bed linens were so fresh and comfortable. The sheets smelled like they were line dried. Amazingly comfortable. Every and every single staff person was friendly, personable and kind. The food was top notch and the area is gorgeous. We will definitely come back when we’re in the UK again."

"Hotel was a lovely old hotel and everything needed was provided in the room. Due to the age there were some creaks and bumps and the church clock struck on the hour. So, earplugs were also provided if needed. That said i would definitely stay again."
