Beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. Staff were great and accommodating. Hotel needs attention in it leisure facilities area. But over all we had a lovely time. There’s also a war memorial in the gardens, a great tribute to past students who fought in the Great War.
I have booked two Twin Rooms (226 square feet) and we were accommodated in two compacted rooms. I made a claim to the reception desk but they said that all rooms are in the same size which is different from the Expedia Hotels Homepage.
We stayed for just one night before we took our flight out of Heathrow. The rooms are basic, nothing fancy but comfortable enough. Very nice staff and an amazing breakfast! Do not miss the breakfast!!

Further from the station than I’d realised but bus links were quick and easy. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Great to have microwave and fridge in room. Shower not great, but would probably stay again.
