Stated on ground floor in a recently refurbished standard room. It was very nice and looked to be a far higher grade of room. Shower was a bit dissapointing. Overall great room and very large tv.
Nice hotel. Rooms are small but typical by European standards. It is about a 20 minute drive to Heathrow and parking is free if you get there early enough to claim a spot. Otherwise, you will need to park at the train station which cost about 12 pounds a day.

We had a great family room, kids eat free and it really was a 15 minute drive to Legoland in the morning. Staff were excellent. Really helpful and great with the kids.
