Great location.Breakfast great. Staff helpful and efficient. Impeccable service. Room standard excellent and cool when walked in from the hot weather. Best hotel shower ever had too. We would definitely stay there again.

Third stay at this hotel, and once again couldn’t fault it. Staff were great and very helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast comes with a nice selection of cereals, yoghurts, breads, and cuts of meat and cheese, which is all very good. This hotel will always be my first choice when staying in Munich. Will hopefully be back soon.

Lovely southern German style authentic local hotel - brilliant customer service, nice clean & comfortable rooms, amazing breakfast, free shuttle across local area / to subway - i will certainly stay there again if the chance arises! Shame I didn't get time to try out the spa facilities - next time!

We were happy to spend our evenings in the hotel bar. Well situated - within walking distance or short taxi ride of town centre, and in a lovely quiet area. Would definitely stay there again and have recommended it to friends. Staff were extremely helpful and polite.

The hotel is amazing as are all the staff that work there. We had zero issues whilst staying at the hotel. The rooms are kept very tidy and cleaned to perfection. The overall tidiness of the hotel is also incredible, absolutely spotless. The rooftop terrace has some amazing views which can be paired with a cold beverage on a hot summers day with the staff on hand to check on you and promptly take empties away. On arrival after a hot and tiring journey, we were welcomed like family and made to feel at home. The staff were all exceptionally friendly, without being overly formal or fussy. Lovely oasis of calm in a hot and busy city.

Great hotel, underground parking and nice breakfast

Got airport train S8 to Marienplatz. Hotel was about 3 minute walk. Excellent location in the heart of the old town. Very comfortable beds and free mini bar with water, beer, cola and apple juice re filled each day. Wifi was excellent and staff polite and friendly. Breakfast was simple but excellent. Would definitely stay here again

This was my 6th visit to Munich and the surrounding areas, looks like I rolled a lucky 6 on the dice for this one From the main entrance and reception to your room via the excellent restaurant and bar exceptional friendliness from the staff at all points The next morning again friendly staff at breakfast and from the room service staff Superb meals and fantastic breakfast choices Will definitely be back next year or before if I get the chance one of the best hotels I have stayed in

Nice location close to the train station

Firstly I have to say the staff were all wonderful throughout the stay. The other standout of the hotel was the breakfasts - plentiful, varied, high quality, generally amazing. The hotel is well located and the facilities were very nice, definitely a recommendation from us

One of the best hotels I have stayed in - room comfortable - staff lovely. The spa was amazing really enjoyed a swim then sunbathing outside. Perfect quiet location but short tram trip and you were in the centre of Munich.
