This hotel is amazing. It’s the best 5 star we have stayed at. The hotel staff are so welcoming and always there to help you.
The views are just incredible, we booked a panoramic room and it was definitely worth it. The pools are lovely and the restaurants excellent. The breakfast has everything you could possibly want! Everything is excellent quality and is a lot more reasonably priced than a five star in the UK.

From the main entrance and reception to your room via the excellent restaurant and bar exceptional friendliness from the staff at all points
The next morning again friendly staff at breakfast and from the room service staff
Superb meals and fantastic breakfast choices
Will definitely be back next year or before if I get the chance one of the best hotels I have stayed in

Got airport train S8 to Marienplatz. Hotel was about 3 minute walk. Excellent location in the heart of the old town. Very comfortable beds and free mini bar with water, beer, cola and apple juice re filled each day. Wifi was excellent and staff polite and friendly. Breakfast was simple but excellent. Third stay at this hotel, and once again couldn’t fault it. Staff were great and very helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast comes with a nice selection of cereals, yoghurts, breads, and cuts of meat and cheese, which is all very good. This hotel will always be my first choice when staying in Munich. Will hopefully be back soon.
