Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Munich. It’s extremely well maintained, and our room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and featured everything you need for a relaxing stay. Robes, slippers, air con, electric blackout blinds, chrome cast TV, gorgeous mini bar, Molton & Brown toiletries, plus a nightly top up of bottled water and popcorn. Excellent hotel and very comfortable in the old town. Rooms were on the smaller side but this is to be expected given the location.

Lovely welcome on check-in. Great to be given a suitable parking space with no issues. Very good breakfast and coffee available at any time.

On arrival after a hot and tiring journey, we were welcomed like family and made to feel at home. The staff were all exceptionally friendly, without being overly formal or fussy. Lovely oasis of calm in a hot and busy city.

Good value, convenient location

Got airport train S8 to Marienplatz. Hotel was about 3 minute walk. Excellent location in the heart of the old town. Very comfortable beds and free mini bar with water, beer, cola and apple juice re filled each day. Wifi was excellent and staff polite and friendly. Breakfast was simple but excellent. Would definitely stay here again

Lovely southern German style authentic local hotel - brilliant customer service, nice clean & comfortable rooms, amazing breakfast, free shuttle across local area / to subway - i will certainly stay there again if the chance arises! Shame I didn't get time to try out the spa facilities - next time!

Third stay at this hotel, and once again couldn’t fault it. Staff were great and very helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast comes with a nice selection of cereals, yoghurts, breads, and cuts of meat and cheese, which is all very good. This hotel will always be my first choice when staying in Munich. Will hopefully be back soon.

I had a nice stay at this hotel. I particularly liked the breakfast and the garden. The room was good, with a well stocked mini bar and the bed was comfortable. The only thing that might be an issue for some is the lack of AC. The ceiling mounted fan was fine for when I stayed in September but during a heat wave it might get too hot. The location is not that convenient for the centre of Munich but was perfect for the event I was attending.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and smiling. The breakfast was excellent. It had this lovely courtyard where you can enjoy the sunshine, and the location was brilliant, with front and back entrances onto two streets with really lovely shops and restaurants. It was super easy to get to the main train station. The only negative was that, in the rooms, you had to pay for tea and coffee, but this wasn't obvious. You could easily open the bags and then realise...

We were happy to spend our evenings in the hotel bar. Well situated - within walking distance or short taxi ride of town centre, and in a lovely quiet area. Would definitely stay there again and have recommended it to friends. Staff were extremely helpful and polite.

Modern hotel built in a traditional Bavarian style. Lovely quiet beer garden. Everything was spotlessly clean. Cannot fault this hotel at all. We found parking in the hotel car park easy too.

Linda was absolutely amazing! She could not do enough for us and is a huge credit to the hotel.

Good location near to main station. Easy to walk into the centre of Munich. Only drawback was limited restaurants nearby to eat.
