"Für Schlüsselübergabe mussten wir 80 km Umweg fahren. Die Wohnung war übervoll mit privaten Gegenständen, teilweise Müll, dreckig, das Bett zerwühlt und nicht einmal abgezogen. Kein freier Platz, um etwas zu verstauen. Kaum Geschirr. Kaum Möbel. Fotos entsprechen nicht der Realität. Ich musste erst einmal Bad und Küche putzen und das Bett neu beziehen. Handtücher gab es keine. Aber Einbruchspuren."
