"Pros: Perfect holiday with the family."

"Pros: All good"

"We had a lovely stay here. The pool is absolutely wonderful. The hosts communication was excellent and he was very helpful and accommodating from booking to checkout. Thank you Jon for making our stay so enjoyable. We hope to return."

"Pros: Very nice house with a lot of facilities, sea view is magnificent.helpful and friendly owner. We had a great time👌"

"Pros: The house is in a lovely neighbourhood, very nice and quiet. The garden of the house is great with a very decent size swimming pool that was cleaned every morning. The hosts even left us some air beds for the pool, which our kids enjoyed very much. The house was very clean and spacious with a lovely balcony in one of the bedrooms. Only five minutes drive to the beach, very closed to several supermarkets and restaurants. The town of Calpe was stunning, full of young families and a lot of...

"Beautiful property. Amazing location. Great grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. Excellent communication with host. Highly Recommended."

"The villa is beautiful and well equipped. The space was perfect for our large family!"

"Pros: Great place to spend our family holiday. House is nice, pool is great. beaches are close by, nice restaurants all over the place. I definitely recommend the place,"

"Great villa, loads of space for a family. We had two teenagers and didn’t ‘trip’ over them! Swimming pool was great, not too deep. Only thing I would say is if the owner could leave a few essentials, like cooking oil, salt and pepper and some butter would make life a little easier. Really recommend it!"

"Pros: It was outstanding holiday home with all needed and functioning equipment. Outstanding sea view in at very quite area giving us a very relaxing vacation. Everything worked very well from booking, arrival setup, departure setup and returning of some deposit - smoothest vacation holiday administration ever. Thanks to Christiaan Holthaus and his team for really good service."

"The villa was very comfortable, exactly as shown in pictures. Good size of rooms. Villa had everything for comfort stay."

"The house, the view, the beautiful clean pool was excellent and more than suited our needs. Definitely need a car. The location is necessary for the amazing view but the roads are not walkable and it is an hours walk to the beach and town. Some of the furniture was a little tired compared to the photos eg broken arm on the sofa and the dining chairs were precarious. But that didn’t bother us as we worked around it by making use of the outside kitchen and dining area. For the money, a bit more...

"amazing stay. couldnt fault it. Thank you!"

"Perfect house for a weekend in Spain. Extraordinarily friendly and service minded host."

"Benimarco is ideal for a family. The large swimming pool was in constant use, especially by the children. Facilities were plentiful. The dishwasher was being emptied when we arrived, but frankly the crockery and cutlery were not clean and cleaning staff were not prepared to do anything. All had to be hand washed before use - Shame as everything else was great."
