Set in a quiet location surrounded by vineyards and trees, this gorgeous property offers a wonderful sense of tranquility, while the centre of Moraira and the golden shores of Ampolla Beach are within a 10-minute walk. As well as a stunning outdoor area with a private pool and terrace, the villa’s light and airy interiors are stylishly furnished, with satellite TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout. For those travelling with another family or group of friends, it’s also possible to rent out the Villa Ampolla II, situated just next door. The Inside Space: The main level of this two-storey villa features an open living/dining space, kitchen and two of the villa’s three bedrooms. Natural light pours into a contemporary living area, furnished with charcoal grey sofas and a flat-screen TV. Steps away, a dining area with a light wood table offers room for six to share light lunches and generous evening meals. Nearby, a fully equipped kitchen comes with sleek wooden cabinets and plenty of modern appliances, including an oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Both the second and third bedrooms are also conveniently situated on the main level. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom features two twins. Both rooms also have access to the terrace and a shared guest toilet. Pick of the bedrooms is the master. Located on the upper level, this room has its own en-suite with a hydro-massage bathtub. We had two teenagers and didn’t ‘trip’ over them! Swimming pool was great, not too deep. The villa is lovely, the outdoor space and pool is wonderful. Only a short walk to town and set in peaceful surroundings. There are a few small niggles which prevented me from giving it 5 stars and they are as follows. The pillows were very thin with no spares. The sheet in the master bedroom was too small and couldn’t be tucked in so kept coming off. Hot water tank not big enough for 6 people, no British film channels on the tv, Wi-fi was slow and no essentials were left in the kitchen. All the other properties we have stayed in have had washing powder, spare toilet rolls, salt and pepper etc. If these things were addressed then it would have been perfect. ##### Louise S. We loved this villa as it was only an 8 minute walk through the grape vines to the centre and a 12 min walk to the main beach. It was also good as it was near other restaurants up the hill… The villa had everything you needed, the pool was clean… as was the villa.
