The 425 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This villa features a private outdoor area with a pool (which can be heated on request and for an extra charge from March to December), terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The property is located close to the beach and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk. A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street.
