Saona Villas presents this beautiful, intimate villa with no neighbors nearby for a capacity of 10 people with 4 bedrooms. It has air conditioning and free WiFi Internet connection. Outside, you can enjoy its beautiful private swimming pool with interior steps and you can park up to 6 vehicles.  
  
This beautiful air-conditioned villa is located in a quiet area away from the crowds. It is only 5 km from the beaches and the beautiful town of Calpe.  
  
Equipment: Air conditioning: in the 4 bedrooms. Free wifi Internet connection. Hair dryer. Iron.  
  
On the ground floor: Independent and fully equipped kitchen (with ceramic hob, Fridge-Freezer, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Citrus press, Coffee maker, Toaster, Blender). Laundry room (with washing machine). Living / dining room (with access to the terrace and TV). 1 double bedroom (with a double bed, air conditioning and en-suite shower room). 1 quadruple bedroom (with 2 bunk beds to accommodate 4 people and air conditioning). Separate WC.  
  
Upstairs: 1 double bedroom (with a double bed and air conditioning). 1 shower room. 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds and air conditioning). 1 bathroom.  
  
Outside: Private swimming pool of 10 x 5 m (with internal steps). Covered and uncovered terrace with garden furniture and equipped barbecue (with a wood oven). 1 shower + WC. 6 parking spaces.
