  • Typical Spanish villa of 200M2 facing south on a plot of 1200 m2 in espalier beautifully planted with palm trees, cacti, yuccas, Olivier ... Sleeping capacity from 8 to 12 people.
    Rental of the whole house.
    We do not rent the villa in two parts.
    Sea view from three bedrooms, dining room, living room and two terraces, fourth bedroom facing pool side.
    New infinity pool, 5X10 sea view with new terrace, secure with submerged alarm in accordance with French standard NF P90-307-1, night color lighting, outdoor shower, deckchairs and modern garden furniture.

    Each room has its own bathroom and toilet, one with a dining area for independent breakfast.
