Only 10 minutes’ drive from the resort centre of Moraira, Villa Kmar is an impressive 3 bedroom, detached villa that promises peace and comfort. Located in a quiet residential area, the villa is merely an 8 minute drive from the Ampolla Beach, where you will find a selection of restaurants, various water sports, play parks, etc. Back at the villa, relish the sun as you spend your day at the pool terrace, or enjoy lovely alfresco meals at the outdoor seating by the BBQ. With distant valley views and spacious and warm interiors, the villa offers comfortable living. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.  
  
Villa Kmar enjoys an elevated position in the beautiful resort of Moraira, offering distant valley views. The gorgeous, sandy L’Ampolla Beach and Portet Beach are only 10 minutes’ drive from the villa, and the resort centre only 7 minutes’ drive, where you will find a host of restaurants, bars, and cafes. The resort is chic and upmarket, offering that perfect getaway for your Spanish holiday. With a restaurant, bar, café, and supermarket only 2 minutes’ drive from the villa, you will be in an excellent location to enjoy Moraira. The resort has a number of beaches strewn along the coast, along with pockets of small hubs presenting a wide choice of restaurants, cafes, and bars for you to relax in.
