The beautiful property is fully equipped and features a well-maintained interior. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, an open kitchen, a spacious living room, and a large dining area with a bar. Large sliding doors in the dining room lead you to the terrace with a private pool and outdoor shower. On the terrace, you'll find a true Spanish "naya," a covered area attached to the house. Here you can relax in the shade in a cozy seating area while enjoying views of the pool and sea. In the garden, there is a barbecue and dining table, which you may use as long as you leave them clean. The pool can be heated during the winter months; this service is available for an extra fee. Cumbre del Sol, meaning "plateau of the sun," is located in the sun-drenched region between Moraira and Javea at the easternmost point of the Costa Blanca.
