Villa with pool and sea view

"Marco and his family’s villa is exceptional! The view, the location, the facilities and the comfort are truly top-notch! Located between Moraira and Calpe, the villa’s location is perfect for exploring and enjoying the region, and the sea view is a real highlight. The pool area is also a wonderful feature. I only regret that we didn’t stay for longer than one week… and if possible, I would definitely not hesitate to contact Marco again to come back."

"Une très jolie villa avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Le jardin est magnifique et les espaces extérieurs ( cuisine d'été, piscine et salon de jardin) sont vraiment sympas. 5 minutes à pied d'un supermarché assez grand et à 750m à pied de la 1ère plage ( petite crique)et des restaurants. Anne est réactive à nos questions ce qui est appréciable. Station balnéaire agréable pour decouvrir la Costa Blanca. Je recommande."

"The villa was perfect for us (5 adults and 6 children ranging from 8-17). We were worried about the pool size, but it had plenty of depth, which made it really usable for all ages. The different kitchen areas were well equipped for indoor or outdoor cooking. The location was great being close to Moraira and Calpe. Calpe old town is worth a visit. Cala Advocat beach was great for families and was a quick walk using the cliff footpath. The owner Jose sent loads of information and was great at communicating. I would happily recommend this to family and friends."

"Tout y est ! La maison est grande, bien équipée et pratique. Piscine sur la terrasse, vue incroyable sur la mer et plage accessible en 1 min par un chemin privé. Le jardin est beau et il y a un terrain de tennis également. Nous étions 3 familles et chacun a trouvé sa place. Enfin Agata est disponible et très agréable."

"Loved the location , pool was lovely , other than breakfast we did not eat at hotel. Very quiet and peaceful. Would have liked facility to make a coffee in room and other than qr code for information on facilities. We had room with terrace which was lovely friends in room with balcony said balcony bit snug. Overall was lovely and relaxing would reccommend and will stay again."

"Hemos pasado 15 días este verano en los cuales nos hemos sentido como en casa. El ambiente ha sido totalmente acogedor y hemos disfrutado cada momento de nuestras vacaciones. La ubicación ha sido estupenda, muy bien comunicada con los pueblos, restaurantes y supermercados. Además destacar el detalle de bienvenida por parte de los propietarios. Sin duda para repetir. Mencionar que aunque para mi no ha sido un problema, en la vivienda no hay antena de tv convencional. Por otro lado la cobertura de movil y de internet son un poco justas.La valoración global desde luego es muy buena."

"Hébergement conforme au descriptif et aux photos.Accueil chaleureux de Paquita la personne responsable de l'accueil.Espaces extérieurs très agréables et piscine impeccable ,déco intérieure sobre et de bon goût, cuisine bien équipée.La climatisation dans les chambres plus qu'appréciable, le rez-de-chaussée un peu chaud( les températures de cette année étaient quand même très élevées ) mais la terrasse extérieure est bien exposée et permet de manger au frais.Nous avons hâte d'y retourner."

"Tommuy bien excepto una sombrilla que estaba rota previamente. Aunque la zona de la parrilla está protegida del sol por lo que tampoco necesitamos la sombrilla demasiado.Estupendo chalet de dos plantas. La de arriba mejor que la de abajo con la cocina más completa y congelador. Piscina y exterior estupendos, aparcamiento para dos coches (uno a la sombra) y muy cerca de la carretera principal hacia Moraira con tiendas y restaurantes a pie. Centro de moraira o playa de Ampolla 5min en coche. Anfitriona Ágata nos ayudó en todo momento, todo estupendo. Repetiremos en el futuro"
