It is located in a quiet location with wonderful views. Known as "Buena Vista" Just a few minutes drive from several beaches and coves, offering restaurants and evening entertainment Entering via electric gates to a long driveway providing ample parking for at least 6 cars. Four steps leading up to the main door that opens into a spacious bright hallway you will find the first ensuite to the right.. Moving from the hallway there is the 2nd ensuite on the left. From the Hallway, the sweeping staircase leads to the 1st floor up to a large landing which used as an open office, three are 3 kingsize bedrooms and a separate bathroom, Bath, WC, shower cubical, storage cabinet and towel rails. Bedroom 4 with its amazing view, opens onto a large terrace with a small table and lounger and chairs. From the terrace, a sweeping external staircase lead down to the pool terrace and a selection of seatings and shaded areas. The second floor is reached via an external spiral staircase from the terrace, there you'll find a large sun terrace with 360 degree views and the entrance to a beautiful large room with two single beds, and a Zebed and portable AirCon. On a clear day you can see the sea (only Just) Continue from the hall to a very large kitchen, you will be pleased to find an abundance of mod cons, BBQ utensils, and safety plates and glasses to use outdoors. There is ample cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils. It comes with blender, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, gas hob, oven and fridge freezer. There is also a granite breakfast bar, stools. A separate utility room which offers more storage, an extra fridge for drinks, a washing machine and a dishwasher. You exit through patio doors into a large Naya to be greeted with the Swimming Pool,11 x 6 metre . Our motto is "Who is the first to jump in" Depending on the time of year visit. you could feast yourself on grapes, oranges, apricots, figs, olives and pomegranate. There are array of flowers grown in the garden. There is a very large reception room with a feature fireplace and a huge TV offering Spanish, German and British Sky TV. Bluetooth Music Tower, 12 seater dining table and Chairs, Floor and table lamps and Wall paintings and Silk planters. There is top of the range gas barbecue, 12 seater dinning table and chair a Solar Shower to wash off the excess tanning lotion before dipping in the pool. The villa benefits from gas central heating, air conditioning throughout, double glazed windows with insect screens and manual security shutters operated internally. There is plenty of outside space both around the pool and in the garden where there are both Games areas and many quiet areas and a suspended double bed for extra relaxation. The pool benefits from sun from dawn to dusk. The size of the plot means that noise from neighbouring properties is unlikely to affect your enjoyment, and neither should you affect theirs. Pepe La Sal, supermarket is only 3 mins drive. Head inland and you can quickly find some lovely restaurants. Casa Libra is situated just on the outskirts of Moraira in the peaceful area known locally as Bena-Vista, a beautiful part of the Northern Costa Blanca. It is just 5 minutes drive from Moraira town and literally 1000 mtrs. from the beach. The local towns of Javea, Denia and Calpe are only a short drive away along very picturesque roads. Benissa Coast is perfectly place to enjoy the whole area 10 mins drive and it has a good array of shops and supermarket, banks, Fridays market. Moraira is 5 minutes drive away, here you will find everything you will need, and lots of place to eat. Beaches- depending on what you like, fantastic sandy beach in Moraira, there you will find aqua bouncy castles and Pedalos snorkelling, Canoes, kayaks, beautiful coves. There is a different location for every day, so many places to choose from. If you want to enjoy the surroundings, there is breath taking walk along the cost from Moraira to Calp, You will have some of your best views of rock coves and there is an abundance of wildlife and nature to see along the way. Or you can climb the Iconic rock at Calpe, wear sensible shoes Highly recommended . Take a trip to Algar Waterfalls cascading down the rocks into natural pool, the entire area is nature reserve. Why we Choose Casa Libra We had holidayed in the area with the family for many years and decided that we would like to own a property in Spain. Knowing the area so well we felt that it would be very difficult to find a more perfect area than Moraira as it has pretty much everything to offer for pretty much anybody. We wanted to find a large villa that allowed us to have the perfect family holidays and to also be able to invite friends and family to stay with us too while we holiday. The most important thing we wanted was to find a villa that allowed us all to be together during the stay without someone being "tucked" away from the rest of the family, while cooking or in the pool for example, and having 8 children and 6 grand children. it was also important to be able to keep any eye on the children. We viewed many properties over 20 properties in a week but as soon as we saw Casa Libra we knew immediately that this was our perfect holiday villa - it ticked all the boxes and we are ecstatic about our Villa. Verry spacious and well equipped. Pool and outside area superb. We spent most of our time here without feeling the need to venture out. Plenty of space to relax and the children loved the pool. Aircon was appreciated for those hot evenings and cooling the bedrooms before going to sleep. Owners were very helpful and communicative with suggestions for places to eat. Moraira itself is a nice area, plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. Not too far from Benidorm for days out at the water parks. Overall we would certainly stay here again. There is so much space, plenty of bathrooms/showers and all-round excellent facilities - including a great pool, table-tennis, darts, music sound system, big screen TV with Sky channels etc. Super garden area with sun loungers and cool shaded areas. The property has a huge kitchen as well as BBQ facilities and we hardly wanted to go out, or leave ! The local area has plenty of shops/supermarkets/bars/restaurants etc within easy reach but you must have a car to get up to the villa (and down to the beach) - but once there, the views are superb. Stayed 14 nights in Jul 2022 ### 10/10 Excellent #### David T. 20 Jul 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Stunning Villa The villa was wonderful, better than the pictures, there was so much space both inside and outside the villa that you never felt crowded. The pool was lovely and warm and it was a pool you could swim in being 14 meters long. Inside the villa nothing was left to chance with everything modern, comfortable and new. We would all return to this wonderful villa in the future 5 out of 5\. One point - nothing to do with the villa is that taxi's in Moraira are only 4 seater taxi's (no people carriers for 6 / 8) so if you want to go by taxi to / from Moraira for parties over 5 - 2 taxi's are required. Silly rule that needs changing. The restaurants in Moraira were as good as ever especially Cava, The Olive and Toni's and the beach bar about a mile from the villa was also excellent. However as stated the villa, was 5 out of 5 as was the information and booking procedure operated by Colin and Sandra - Thank you both ##### David T. Grandes comodidades en salón, cocina. Buen aire acondicionado. Pequeños detalles a mejorar como la mosquitera de una habitación o el agua caliente en la ducha de uno de los baños de la planta baja. Excelente porche para "hacer vida" en el exterior. On est en vacances dans une superbe maison... tout en se sentant presque comme chez soit. Tout l'essentiel est là, et il y a en plus tous les détails qui rendent le séjour encore plus agréable. Avant même l'arrivée, nous avons eu de bons échanges (en anglais) et une procédure d'arrivée aux petits oignons, avec quelques conseils pour débuter le séjour (où faire ses courses, ...). Une fois sur place, la maison correspond bien au descriptif, tout comme la piscine, le jardin... et tout est absolument nickel. Nous étions 3 familles de 4\. On n'a jamais eu l'impression de se marcher dessus durant le séjour. Parfait pour 12 ! La cuisine est grande, bien équipée, avec tout ce qu'il faut. Les plus : - beau barbecue au gaz sur la terrasse, avec tout le matériel (bac à légumes, ...) - Plein d'épices, huile, , sans doute les réserves des précédents occupants, mais qu'est-ce que c'est agréable de cuisiner dans ces conditions quand on a oublié d'acheter un ou deux trucs. Le salon séjour est vaste avec une grande télé moderne (diffusion de contenu multimédia possible), enceinte connectée, wifi rapide, canapé confortable, clim. Passons aux chambres : confortables, chacune avec la clim sauf celle dans la tour. 3 sont liées aux 3 salles de bains (parfait pour nous : une salle de bain par famille). Il faisait très chaud quand nous sommes arrivés et là est le seul point un peu négatif : difficile de bien dormir dans la chambre de la tour, qui est à destination plutôt d'enfants en raison de la hauteur de toit. Mais ce n'était pas catastrophique en faisant attention à bien aérer pendant la nuit, et fermer le jour. Côté extérieur, la piscine est belle, parfaitement propre. Il y a tout pour lézarder autour : bains de soleil, canapé extérieur, grand parasol orientable. Une table de ping pong est sur le côté, à l'ombre, pour ceux qui aiment moins lézarder. Côté pratique : lave vaisselle, lave linge, tout ce qu'il faut pour étendre, nettoyer, ... Pour parler de l'environnement : le quartier est beaucoup en pente. Il y a un supermarché et de l'essence à 5/10 minutes en voiture. Idem pour les plages (très chargées en aout :) ). Calp ne nous a pas paru passionnant... mais un public plus jeune aimera sans doute. Le Penõn est à faire pour la photo souvenir en haut (et la vue, attention, c'est une sortie nécessitant un bon minimum physique) Moraira par contre semble très agréable. Altea un peu plus loin est à voir côté vieille ville. ##### Francis S. Vi var 4 voksne og 5 barn som bodde to uker i denne nydelige villaen. Alt vi trengte var der. Vi hadde deilige dager med bading, grilling, bordtennis og late timer i solsengene. Perfekt for både voksne og barn. Nydelig utsikt samt stille og rolig. Denne villaen er helt perfekt. Utleier er veldig behjelpelig å lett å få tak i. The villa was located up a hill in a commanding position. The main attraction is the lovely outdoor area including the pool. There was a huge open plan kitchen / dining/ living area with full Sky TV package, wi-fi also worked well. All bedrooms were well furnished with air conditioning. Lovely little extras including English socket adapters in various locations added to the general thoughtfulness of the owners. An added bonus was the security of the villa with excellent alarm features giving added safeness to our belongings whenever we left the villa. Our party of 11 (3 families) all agreed that this was, by far, the best villa we have stayed at in the area and we have visited many times over the last 5 years. Loved it by the pool and the place was very clean and tidy. The surroundings and views are spectacular, there are two beaches that are only a 10 minute drive away. The bars and clubs are nice and lively and the restaurants did great food which is also good value. Overall a great holiday and looking forward to next year! ##### Michelle E. The layout is perfect especially for large families or large groups of people. Very clean and well maintained. The views are fantastic. The beaches, bars and restaurants are local, but also good for a night in property as there is Sky TV and a speaker that provides a bluetooth connection and radio. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family and will be going back later on this year. I actually can not wait to get back into that massive pool! ##### Melanie B. The villa is spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were super comfy. The outside area is beautiful with a large pool and a great view. The villa has sky tv. We were greeted by Christina who made sure we had everything we needed. The property was more than we could have expected! The beds were super comfy and very clean. Our ensuite was a good size and we felt like we had the place to ourselves despite being in a group. The welcome pack meant we didn't have to head straight off to the shops and could spend a while settling in. The pool was great for the kids and the toys added a nice touch.
