"En général nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre appartement. La vue de notre balcon était magnifique! Près de toutes les commodités (épicerie, restaurants, plage et arrêt d’autobus). Un bémol…l’appartement est au 5e étage donc plusieurs marches à monter à partir de la piscine. Nous avons eu un problème de fourmis dans la cuisine qui a été souligné à la direction. Dans l’ensemble nous avons apprécié l’appartement."

"Benal Beach Resort was a great stay for our family of 5. The on-site waterpark was a highlight of the trip for our children (ages 7-10). The pull-out couch was comfortable and clean. Extra linens and towels were provided. Check-in and out was flexible with communication. Laundry was a bonus. "We had a wonderful stay at Casa Emilio! The apartment is just as described. It’s only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and train station, the pool was lovely, and the neighborhood had everything - two large grocery stores, many restaurants, cafes, and a beautiful park. Our favorite restaurant was Terracota Vinoteca - the pork knuckle was to die for and everything else was amazing!Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Emilio!"

"We stayed here for three weeks and loved everything about it. The apartment is very clean, well equipped, centrally located, bright and comfortable. Johan was the perfect host and very easy to deal with. The private terrace and grill are a huge bonus. We walked everywhere and the public transit system is excellent and very handy so we didn’t need to rent a car. We will definitely return to this beautiful apartment. "

"Great location. Easy for walking to beach and Marina. Also on the bus route to various other locations. Plenty of pubs and restaurants in walking distance. Rooms are quite small but more than big enough for a couple and very clean and tidy. Air conditioning worked well. A highly recommended excellent run hotel."

"Oh boy, where do I start? 1. Check in was a fiasco. We specified non-handicap room when we booked. The first room that Fernando, the staff who checked us in, gave us, was of course, handicap. When we complained, he gave us another room, which is again, handicap. We complained again and he offered us a non-handicap room but it would be bigger, according to him so there will be an upgrade charge of 15 euros per night. We said yes but the room was next to a door being constructed and dust was all over, from the door handle to the floors. Worse, the room was not made. We have photos to prove. Rosa of housekeeping told us another room, same size that we booked, is available. We finally got the room that we paid for. Since the suggested upgrade did not happen, I specifically told Fernando that we should not incur added charge and he said he will make sure. When we checked out, guess what, the hotel was charging us for the upgrade. What??? When we told them what happened, they relented. 2. Staff was incompetent, specifically Fernando. Because of the check-in fiasco, he promised to send us a bottle of wine. We stayed 3 nights, but did we get the wine? NO! 3. Property was not clean. On day 2, ants started coming out of our sink. We have photos to prove. 4. Amenities were useless. Everything--- pool, sauna, spa, closes at 6 PM. There's a tub but no stopper so it's useless. Don't get fooled by this hotel's glitzy photos and ads. This hotel overpromises but severely underdelivers."

"We had stayed here a couple of years ago, access card system was poor then but has since gotten much worse, with less than helpful staff, last visit the staff were excellent. Excellent sea view but the double glazing did little to keep out the road noise. Overall very disappointed, we had picked this hotel again because of such an enjoyable experience that we had before, definitely not again."

"Globalement, nous avons passé un très bon séjour particulièrement adapté aux familles avec enfants. Quelques points mériteraient cependant d’être améliorés pour rendre l’expérience encore meilleure. La navette reliant l’hôtel au parc aquatique est annoncée à l’accueil comme circulant de 10h à 18h. En réalité, une fois sur place, elle ne fonctionne que de 10h à 14h puis de 14h45 à 18h. J’ai trouvé dommage qu’il y ait une interruption de 45 minutes alors que le trajet est très court. la “piscine intérieure” mentionnée dans la description de l’hôtel n’est pas réellement une piscine accessible librement. Il s’agit en fait du spa facturé 15 €/pers, enfants compris. les piscines extérieures, l’eau était extrêmement froide. Je comprends qu’en Espagne les températures soient généralement élevées, mais selon la période de l’année, chauffer au moins une piscine familiale rendrait le séjour beaucoup plus agréable, surtout avec de jeunes enfants. le buffet était globalement bon et varié, mais il manquait selon moi du gel hydroalcoolique à disposition à l’entrée ou près des buffets. L’hôtel propose bien des excursions via une personne dédiée sur place, mais il faut ensuite se débrouiller soi-même pour rejoindre le lieu de départ des activités. Pour un resort familial, il serait vraiment appréciable d’avoir davantage d’excursions organisées directement depuis l’hôtel avec navette aller-retour incluse."

"We walked by the hotel over the last couple of years and had always read good reviews, so this time we decided to experience it for ourselves, and we were very pleased. The quality, service, and beauty of the rooms, as well as everything in and around the hotel, exceeded our expectations. The location is one of the best you can get in; very close to the boulevard, beach, and harbor. We enjoyed both the breakfast and the daily dinners offered for a small additional fee. Personally, I was hoping for a bit more variety in the dinner options throughout the week, but overall the food was very good for the price paid. The rooms are spacious, and we especially appreciated the coffee and complimentary drinks/water provided in the room. One small point of feedback would be that the bathroom could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. Overall, we had an amazing time. Thank you to Hotel Best Triton for a wonderful stay!"
