This is not the place for you if you are looking for a quiet retreat. The tourist revelers party until 3 AM on most nights and some of the residents of the apartment building are not very respectful by talking or playing their TV loud after midnight. Construction in the building went on during the day during our stay. We rented a parking spot inside the building, but to get to the apartment and the indoor garage, you have to drive through the pedestrian street filled with shoppers who give you dirty looks as you drive by. The indoor parking garage is also hard to drive in and out of if you have a bigger car like an S.U.V. since the opening and street are very narrow. At least for me, getting the car in and out of the apartment garage and through the hordes of shoppers was an inconvenience. The building is dark because the lighting system goes off automatically. My wife felt very uneasy walking into a dark hallway at night. The building needs some general upgrading to the exterior and interior. As for communication with the company which owns the apartment, it is very limited and impersonal. They answer your emails, but you never get to meet the person.
