Duplex penthouse by the sea with WI-FI

  • Duplex penthouse in first line facing the sea, consists of two floors, on the lower floor there is a bedroom with a bathroom and dressing room, separate living room with a dining room and access to the main terrace of 60 meters with sea views, fully furnished kitchen , there is another terrace at the back of the house. The upper floor that is accessed from the terrace leads to a master bedroom with a full bathroom and front terrace to the sea. The property is located in one of the main streets of the neighborhood of La Carihuela, pedestrian street where you can find banks, restaurants, pharmacy, shops, supermarkets. The beach is only 20 meters from the house !!!! It has wifi and international channels.
