Cozy, relaxing, bright apartment “Manuela”, newly refurbished .
The apartment is perfect for couples. 400 meters to walk to Piazza Bonanza
The apartment is situated in an amazing building, right in the heart of the lovely city Arroyo de la Miel, with a 24h/24h reception area, a big garden, where you can relax and three beautiful swimming pools for all the family.
The flat is located on the first floor, with an amazing view of the garden and in the morning you can enjoy a lovely breakfast on the balcony. It consists of a complete kitchen with fridge, food storage, microwave, washing machine, toaster and kettle, one bathroom with a spacious shower, a cozy living room with a sofa, tv, and dining table.
Located in the heart of Arroyo de la Miel, it has many amenities and services nearby.
There are three golf courses for lovers of this sport in the vicinity of the apartment.
The Renfe-Cercanías train station, which covers the Malaga-Fuengirola capital city route (with a stop at the airport), is a 10-minute walk away. The Tivoli amusement park, 15min. Parking is not a problem either and it is not an area with a parking meter.

Nous sommes partagés

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans l'ensemble. Guiseppe semble très sympa et dévoué à ses locataires mais nous gardons nos réserves tout de même. A notre arrivée nous avons constaté quelques petits soucis (qui ne nous dérangeaient pas) mais nous avons tenu a en informer Guiseppe afin qu'il sache que cela était déjà fait à notre arrivée (légère fuite des toilettes, porte serviettes cassé...). Guiseppe tenait à faire réparer ces petits détails le plus vite possible même si cela nous obligeait à laisser l'appartement à disposition des travailleurs ou à devoir rester bloquer dans l'appartement toute une journée. Cela n'était pas le but de nos vacances... Bien qu'il ait semblé comprendre, nous avons tout de même été embêtés par son insistance pendant 4 jours sur les 7 où nous sommes restés. En revanche nous avons demandé une casserole pour pouvoir faire cuire du riz et Guiseppe n'a pas voulu nous en fournir car pour lui le grand fait-tout était tout à fait approprié. J'enlève donc une autre étoile pour le manque d'ustensils. (Pas de couteaux autre que pour tartiner etc.) Malgré cela le séjour à Arroyo de la Miel était très sympa l'appartement était "prêt" à notre arrivée et la situation de l'appartement n'est pas trop mal.
