"The view & access to Clearwater Beach was outstanding! Closeness to several cute places to dine was great! I was disappointed on how dated the unit was & would have appreciated a better cleaning! Was concerned that there was no outside lock to one of the bedrooms on the third floor which could be easy for someone in Unit 1 to access! Overall enjoyed the view & the beautiful sunsets!"

"Great location with more than enough space! It would be the perfect spot if they updated their furniture and got some comfortable patio furniture. Other than that I would highly recommend staying here! It was very clean, had plenty of room and was in the perfect location!"

"We really wnjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and well equipped. The kitchen had all necessary items to stay in and cook meals. We loved the pool and enjoyed all of the floats (one ripped and we replaced it). The kids and I also really enjoyed feeding the squirrels each morning. The house was conveniently located and the neighborhood was quiet. We will definitely be back. Thanks again!"

"We really enjoyed staying, just for one night, in this home. The beach lovers enjoyed the beach. The weather could have been more cooperative, but, that's mother nature. You never know what you will get. Overall, nice place to stay. As far as telling people to wash there dish items is fine, but you really need to tell your cleaing service to check to make sure they have cleaned them. Some of the coffee cups had to be washed before they could be used and 1 coffee pot was very dirty. It is clean...

"Very clean! Within walking distance to pretty much everything. A lot of attractions close by. The best part was sitting in the balcony watching the dolphins play every morning and every night. Would definitely book this again!!!! Property manager also responded very quickly to messages. The only bad thing I can see is we had to leave and come back to gloom and cold Kentucky."

"For the price this place is “fine”. We didn’t spend much time here, pretty much just used it to sleep. The couch is so low to the ground and the cushions are flat so it’s not comfortable at all. Had to use the extra pillows from the bedroom closet to add some comfort. When the coffee table is higher than the couch it’s time for a new couch. The bathroom deodorizer that is hanging in the toilet makes the entire house smell like moth balls. There was only 1 roll of TP and no Kleenex so we had to...

"We LOVED this house. So much space for our family! We had adults and children of all ages and we had everything we needed right down to the pack n play, baby seats and sand toys! Great location with easy access to a quiet beach. The host was also quick to respond to questions. We will definitely be back again!"

"We enjoyed our family vacation to Tampa. We are a very active family and the location of this property was close to the beaches and other activities we had planned. The house was spacious and we loved having access to the chairs, wagon, and cooler. Our children also enjoyed having the pool and used it almost every night of our stay. We would stay there again!"

"Location is super!! Steps from the beach and maybe 5 minute walk to everything Clearwater. Guest house is cute. House needs some updating. The AC had an issue while we were there so I messaged property manager and within couple hours they had someone there to fix it. Overall an ok place to stay."

"This house was perfect for our stay and had all the amenities you could need! The beds were comfy and the decor looks even better in person. The pool was nice as well. Bonus is easy access to the beach in a great neighborhood. Highly recommend and would stay again!"

"This home has everything you need. It’s quaint and cozy with so much room in the back yard. Mornings were perfect in the back yard to lounge and wait for the sun to rise. Whatever you need for the beach, you will find here, including a golf cart and a beach wagon. It’s a 3 min walk to the beach and close to many great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend."
