"I stayed here in February this year and while the hotel itself was lovely, the location great and a reasonable price for its location, there some niggles with service and the lifts that meant i gave it 3 stars. I am delighted to report that on this second visit the feedback Gave to the hotel directly has been taken onboard and all the issues I had were addressed. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and you would be hard pressed to find a comparable hotel in a central location cheaper."

"Fantastic hotel in London near the Victoria train station. Very convenient and beautiful place to stay. A little pricey but it’s London. Our second time to stay here two years running. Very comfortable and clean. Staff were great friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice. Loved it"
