"My wife and I spent a very pleasant week at Cygnet Cottage, using it as a base to explore the Northumberland Coast and local area.This particular accommodation is ideal for a couple. The living area is well furnished and comfortable. The kitchen equipment all worked fine and there was an adequate supply of crockery, cutlery, and tools. The bathroom was small but perfectly usable with a decent, electric, shower. Upstairs was the bedroom with good storage facilities and a comfortable double bed...

"A lovely little Cottage to stay in, it was well situated for reaching all the main coastal areas with ease. We really enjoyed our stay thanks.One little point in which we felt was needed. "Great for an overnight stay. All the staff were polite & friendly. The food we had, both dinner & breakfast was tasty and the dining area was pleasant. Our room was clean & comfortable. The only issue was with our shower. There was very little water pressure and felt like you were hugging the wall to get under a trickle of water to get clean. It was just enough to wash under, but I was pleased I didn’t need to wash my hair and try to rinse out the suds. It would have taken an age."
