With three large double rooms, it is perfect for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable holiday. With a modern and cozy decoration, our duplex offers charming comfort and is equipped with air conditioning to guarantee a pleasant temperature on the hottest days. The house has a fully equipped open kitchen, with all the necessary appliances, kitchen utensils and crockery, so you can feel at home. The carefully selected furniture complements the modern aesthetic of the space, providing a cozy and sophisticated atmosphere. Each room is carefully decorated and has its own unique style. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two double rooms each have a full bathroom on the same floor to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests. The duplex has two terraces, perfect for enjoying the outdoors and relaxing under the Mediterranean sun. The main terrace is ideal for having breakfast outdoors or for relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening.
