Our room, although large, was really bare -- white walls, no art, and hard surfaces. We went to the pool for drinks and lunch and the service was downright awful due to seemingly inexperienced staff. "The hotel is surrounded by a huge territory of gardens that belongs to the hotel. The rooms are very clean, the smell is always nice, the service is more than great. The hospitality of the staff is of a 5 star hotel. The only reason they are 1 star is because the rooms are small. Otherwise they would be easily a 4 star hotel in my opinion. We were very comfortable, satisfied and safe. There is plenty of parking space inside the hotel territory. The only thing I would recommend them to improve is...
