Our party was myself, my son and girlfriend and baby, other son and girlfriend and other teenage son. Outdoor grill was great.The large trees next door provided good shade in the morning. The pool area was great.We were greeted warmly and settled in no time. It was a heatwave and we soon realised that the advertised A/C was just one unit in the living room which functioned only when you kept the outdoor area access door right next to it closed. The bedrooms had no A/C and we were provided with one additional fan when we asked. We ended up buying another fan from the supermarket which is now at the property.The 4th bedroom is a garden room and bathroom access at night is not very convenient. It was also a glass box and got extremely hot.The fridge wasn't very cold and we were all ill at different times during the week. Not sure if this was from food here or eating out.The listing mentions bikes, and there were several at the property but very rusty. Some didn't have working gears or brakes and all had flat tyres. With the property being a little way out from the coast we were relying on bikes to get out and explore. The owners brought us a pump and another bike.
