"Stayed at Reading Green Park Village Serviced Apt during a business trip to Reading. The apartment is brand new, modern and very clean. I would strongly recommend others to stay there, especially if you travler with a family or a group of 2-3 adults with children."

"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. "The location is unbeatable—just a 10-minute walk to Trinity College, and right next to the Westgate Shopping Centre. Parking is in a secure underground lot. It’s quite expensive during the day, but very convenient. A helpful tip: from 5 pm to 6 am, parking at Westgate costs only £6. "My colleague who stayed here said it was clean and beautifully decorated. It is about 1 min to Reading Town Centre. There is some mild traffic noise from the buses early morning but nothing to do with the property. This didn’t affect the stay and wasn’t noisy enough to disrupt any sleep.
