This is likely more of a personal request but since they have communal changing areas, bigger towels for those guests that just can't quite fit normal towels would be an appreciated addition - it's the little things! "We went for a family trip to Bournemouth we booked this hotel, and it was absolutely amazing. They gave us refurbished family room which was just perfect. My only comment is for breakfast timing is very short as I’m there to enjoy my time, also the food order for breakfast needs to be organised may be give Breakfast order form to your guests to choose what they want to eat, a lot of mistakes and confusion I have seen during my stay."
