First class hotel everything about it was most satisfactory.

The hotel in lovely and obviously caters for the ‘Up Market’ clientele that they get given the proximity to the fashionable town of Biarritz, however Breakfast was not included and cost 26€ each!!!!! Far too much for a continental breakfast with additional hot items extra! Also be aware you are right next to an airport and will get occasional jet noise (not that busy though.

To stay at this hotel is to experience gracious living and elegance at its very best. We started coming here three years ago.to celebrate our wedding anniversary and now make a point of coming back each year. This is such a lovely small hotel, situated in a great location set just back on one of the busy streets in Biarritz. It is right next to all the shops, bars & restaurants and the beach is just a short walk away. The daily market situated just across the road is full of really fresh produce and you can also sit for a coffee and a snack or a glass of wine if you prefer. Even though it is so close to everything it is not noisy.

Host Denis is superb. Breakfast is a joy. More like a chambre d'hote with Denis on hand helpful as ever.

The hotel has been created out of an old school and it’s lovely to see it given a new life. We liked having breakfast in the garden (which used to be the playground) and having a walk down to the fantastic beaches and cafes of Guethary. We had a room on the second floor and it was very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was also big and very clean- but I prefer a separate shower. Great location just in the heart of the city all the shops, restaurants and the beach are 2 minutes away. The hotel itself is a little old-fashioned, but everything is clean and well maintained. It also has all basic equipment in the rooms with coffee machine, kettle and a small fridge. The bed was very comfortable! The reception is not 24/7, so make sure you are aligned with the staff on the details of your check in

The design is excellent with a stylish and relaxing and attractive shared area around the lobby (a patio, library, breakfast area). The service was great, our host booked a recommended restaurant for us. The room was well designed and clean and well appointed, and everything functioned flawlessly including fast wifi. Would highly recommend this place. Parking was not included, but two reasonable parking buildings are nearby (10-15 euros). We luckily found street parking directly outside...

This place is absolutely stunning. Located in the hills, it will provide you with stunning views, fresh air, and the piece and quiet that you need. The foods is exquisite and of Michelin star standard - make sure you try the souffle desert. The service is excellent, always there to help - these people really know what they are doing!

Hotel is lovely with a great location to centre 10 minutes and everything you need is there. A small thing but getting free coffee and cakes anytime of day was really nice especially when the coffee was so good. Would definitely stay there again and really hope to

A lovely hotel in the heart of Biarritz with the most helpful and friendly hotel staff I have ever come across. I will definitely go back and highly recommend the hotel. Truly Excellent.
