"The Claverton House Hotel is a lovely, small hotel with good parking, with wonderful grounds and is well located for trips to Battle, Hastings and the Carr Taylor Vineyard. Our family group spent one night in 2 luxury rooms - modern, spacious with king size beds. We had an enjoyable dinner - a good selection of menu options at reasonable prices - and excellent freshly cooked Full English breakfasts. The service by the generally young staff was efficient and friendly. "

"Me and my husband spent 1 night here and have to say the whole experience was smashing, the cleanliness of the place ,the service and lovely fry up all 10 out of10 handy having off street parking too, the main dinner menu is all strictly a la carte which wasnt for us but we certainly wouldn't think twice about a 2nd visit.
