Lovely stay as always for a family birthday meet up celebration. The pools and leisure centre are heavenly, especially when the sun comes out. Real holiday vibes in the outdoor pool area.
Restaurant food and service exceptional.
Only criticism this stay was that the rooms were far too hot at night, couldn't control the radiator heat!

We found this hotel to be far enough away from the town centre to not be bothered by any noise but close enough for a nice stroll and the sunset over the harbour was lovely. The owners have obviously spent a great deal of time and money on this once run down to turn it into a comfortable hotel with more improvements planned.

The hotel was amazing, close to the tube station, beautifully decorated. Rita and co was so helpful and attentive. Can’t wait to come back and try the cocktail bar.

This was my second visit and the service was even better than last time when it was exemplary. From the moment we arrived the staff could not do enough to help us. They even helped me with the bags because my husband is less abled. They were very attentive and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was memorable. The icing on the cake was having the cases taken to the car when we departed. We will definitely be back there when we next book a show at Cliffs Pavilion as it is so convenient. Many...

Stayed here quite a few times and always happy there. Easy parking, friendly staff and clean fairly well equipped rooms. Easily on par with premier inn if not better.

Venue is superb for being in the heart of Canary Wharf. Decor in communal areas and rooms is elegant and oozes quality. Bedroom is very quiet. Will definitely look to stay again.

Very clean and new studio apartment, bed super comfortable and good shower, toaster, hob, oven (with integrated microwave) and cutlery etc.
Complimentary tea & coffee in the lounge area and room. Small honesty market for things like pasta, sauce, porridge, ice cream, essential toiletries etc.
Quick links to Stratford/Westfield, O2 and Excel

Fabulous stay, at a clean and comfortable hotel.
Was a little in the pricey side, considering that I had to pay £10 for overnight parking. Additionally, I opted out of having breakfast, as that was over £12!
In spite of those minor complaints, I found the hotel to be very comfortable and would consider returning.

Hotel is excellent, room very comfortable, king size bed massive, everything spotlessly clean and the food both evening meal and breakfast is excellent too. Cannot fault the hotel and will definitely stay there again next time we are in London. Highly recommended.
