Waterfront Southport Hotel

Waterfront Southport Hotel

8/10 Good
"Good check in and room was perfectly ok. Everything you'd expect :) However, if one of your lifts breaks then please get it fixed ASAP? A full Hotel with only one small lift is annoying to say the least, especially when everyone is checking out! Secondly, I realise that weddings mean a lot to businesses like yours... But... Surely the sensible thing to do is put wedding guests staying over in the rooms above the evening function? That way, us general bookings aren't subjected to very loud music thudding through the floor into the early hours? It's not rocket science!"

"The only thing wrong with this hotel it’s just a bit dated it needs a new carpet and decorating . The banisters on the stairs are stuck in the 70’s the floor of the corridor needs replacing with a 3 qtr inch ply board. A new carpet and a good luck of paint . Doors replaced etc wouldn’t cost a fortune either ."
