The room was fabulous-luxurious,spotless and so comfortable and the extra finishing touches made it a home from home. Breakfast served every morning in the room was a delight. A chance conversation outside of a building turned into the discovery of a gem of a place. Newly refurbished and opened on the day I had that encounter with Dave, the manager. The room was spotless with a very comfortable bed. Already looking forward to my next visit.

My wife and I came to Blackpool for the weekend and stayed at the beverley hotel. The weather was great, Blackpool was great, but what really made our weekend memorable was our stay at the beverley hotel. We can not thank the owners enough for going out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The room was great, the breakfast was fantastic and the price was the icing on the cake. just returned from a one night stay at the arthington hotel we probably stay in blackpool 2-3 nights a year and stay at different hotel as we usually find them just ok. Hard to access carpark on site. Very cramped entrance on a major slope and limited parking space. We were met on arrival after ringing doorbell by woman who wasn't very friendly. She asked us how we managed to get into reception as we apparently shouldn't have been able as door should have been locked or closed. Easy access with parking available at a small charge. Friendly hosts. Very clean throughout. Breakfast was delicious & bar is well stocked for a quick drink before heading out.

Great warm welcome from friendly owners. Can tell they are pssionate about this business. Spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast. Away from the hustle and bustle of South Blackpool but so close to public transport links and the front gives it a nice relaxed atmosphere without feeling like your in the middle of nowhere. Wonderful place.

Amazing experience. Fantastic staff and customer service, very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Cream tea was freshly prepared and scones still warm. Room was amazing with a beautiful lake view. Homemade shortbread in the room was a lovely touch. Breakfast was also amazing, lovely fry-up with good quality ingredients. Brilliant experience all round, we will definitely be staying again.

We stayed in this lovely guest house for two nights as we were attending a family funeral.
