The beach was beautiful, with the amazing rock formation you can visit during low tide. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good service level in basic but convenient place.
We stayed in Playa las Catedrales hotel just a night-rest but considering its location close to the Playa de las Catedrales beach that offers an interesting experience. Accommodations, amenities and breakfast are basic but offer a good service for the required needs. However, you may have to take into consideration that the rooms do not have air conditioning that could be an issue during hot summer nights.

The location of this hotel is fabulous, within the roar of the ocean and easy distance of the Catedrales. The team are really friendly and helpful and this was the first hotel in Spain that gave us access to a kettle for making our own tea! The building itself is basic and the rooms are no frills, but they have everything you need. Breakfast was excellent.

La habitación olía mal. No nos dejaron hacer un check in más tarde. Injustamente nos quisieron cobrar 15 euros por cada minutos que nos demoráramos en dejar la habitación. Como opción alternativa propusimos pagar una noche más pero se opusieron. Dijeron que cobrarían por el retraso más una noche.

Lovely little hotel
We were made feel very welcome upon arrival and both receptionists gave great advice on where to eat and visit in the region. Just disappointed that we couldn't stay longer.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Great access to Playa des Catedrales and the hotel will reserve your spot (access is limited to a certain number of people each day). Good restaurants within walking distance (pop-up Pulposeria was there in July 2019). No elevator but staff more than willing to carry your bags to & from your room

Best accommodation for Playa de Las Catedrales. Fantastic reception from owners and all staff encountered. Excellent breakfast.

Beyond excellent, the receptionist went above and beyond in order to provide us with in detail information of the tide details necessary for our visit to the Cathedral beach and all our questions like the Famous ceramic factory nearby, Lugo on our way back, amenities (even lollipops!); Towel swan in bed :-) everything is excellent! the hotel is brand new and super clean! everything was renovated by the new young manager/owner. It really is a plaesure to be so well received and cared for! We have a side view to the sea! Looking forward to getting to the beach now!

Management was very nice. Beds are hard but were hard at most of the places in Spain we visited. Excellent location. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Great place to stay
A very nice and well managed family hotel with a great and helpful staff. Rooms small but confortable, very clean and modern decoration. An excellent place to stay and visit the wonderful nature sculptures in the coast cliffs. A good sea front restaurant at walking distance, called as well Cathedrals.

A good basic hotel in a great location
The Hotel is in a great location close to the Playa de las Catedrales, as it is under a 1km walk or drive to the main part of the beach. The beach is one of the most stunning and I have visited and well worth seeing. The hotel is a good option and relatively cheap but nothing spectacular, the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Hemos tenido la gran suerte de poder estar allí dos veces este año y sin duda nos hemos quedado con ganas de más. Un hotel práctico en un entorno más que único, con un trato familiar que invita a seguir volviendo una y otra vez. La atención y amabilidad de Fernando no tienen precio y sólo deseamos volver allí una vez más, en un futuro cercano. Es maravilloso sentir que en este hotel nos dejamos un pedacito llamado “hogar”. ¡¡Un saludiño de vuestros amigos de Madrid!!

Excellent séjour dans un hôtel géré par une équipe jeune, sympathique et à l'écoute. Ils sont de bons conseils pour les visites. L'hôtel est très bien situé, à deux pas de la plage des cathédrales. Il ne manque plus que la climatisation dans les chambres pour en faire un 4 etoiles.

Das Zimmer war sehr einfach ausgestattet, aber ausreichend für eine Nacht. Also nichts für einen längeren Besuch. Aber das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Lage des Hauses außerordentlich. Einziger Kritikpunkt: später Frühstückbeginn (9 Uhr)

Para ser 2 estrellas, maravilloso!
Parking gratuito para clientes. La habitación agradable, cómoda, limpia y luminosa. El cisne que nos encontramos en la cama, muy bonito. El desayuno limitado, pero siempre se puede pedir si se quiere algo más, además de ser económico. Las vistas increíbles, un lugar para ver. La única pega seria el baño, le faltaría algo más de mantenimiento y una mosquitera en la ventana no iría mal para los mosquitos.

Lo bueno, el emplazamiento. Las habitaciones sin aire acondicionado ni ventiladores. Con la ventana abierta, corre aire pero se llena de mosquitos. Las camas son algo incómodas.
