"I turned up very late and Dyane was very accommodating. She worked around my needs every step of the way. When I saw the 10 out of 10 reviews, I must admit, I was a bit skeptical. I can now say I would go further and give it a 10. Why? The room was better than expected. Extremely clean and aired. I just recently stayed in The Sheraton, and I can honestly say the bed was equally as comfortable. I will definitely be staying there again if I’m in the area."

"We stayed one night in order to visit Talliston House in Great Dunmow. We had a wonderful stay. The room was lovely and warm, cosy and had everything we needed. We appreciated the milk, beverages and cookies. Everything was clean, the beds were lovely and it was a very quiet area. The gardens looked lovely, but weather did not allow us to fully explore. "This is a superb setting for Luton airport customers. You are literally in the last bed before the runway. This means it isn't quiet when the planes fly over, but it is superbly comfortable and the hosts go the extra mile with small but winning touches including the ready when you are breakfast for those travelling at odd times. "Simply needed a hotel that had 24/7 check in and this was the only one. But luckily the hotel was fully booked on arrival at 0100 so got upgraded for free to a suite which was a lovely bonus! Didn’t get to stay long enough to say much more as had onward transport the next day. "
