We had a very pleasant stay in a beautifull little house. Verry clean and with a lot of supplies already in the fridge. Verry nice. We took the bus to cambridge. And walked in the area. A very nice rural setting but also good fore a trip to cambridge. Lovely host.

Beautiful setting, quiet village location. Welcoming hostess, plenty of privacy despite being right next to the house. Would recommend!
This was the 2nd time we have stayed at Little Barn. For ourselves this is a great place for the few night stays, to visit our daughter and partner in Cambridge. Verity is a great host, the fridge has all the essential items, plus some thought-out extras.
All round excellent stay.
The barn was very cozy and convenient to lots of sights in the area. The host was very helpful in suggesting places to visit and had a good range of brochures for local sights.
The breakfast provisions were generous and tasty.
A great place to stay and would recommend wholeheartedly.
Little Barn was a lovely place for a short break, it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast items were of a good quality as were all the toiletries, we were very impressed. The location was idea for driving to the nearest park and ride into Cambridge and was very quiet. It was not warm enough for us to sit outside unfortunately but the garden looked beautiful. We would love to make a return visit in the summer. One small suggestion would be the provision of a sharp knife for cutting up fruit etc.
We had lots of privacy and access to the lovely, well cared for gardens. Verity offered a warm welcome and some snacks to keep us going during our two day stay. What a wonderful place to relax and experience the countryside outside of Cambridge. Easy access to the city and to the National Trust property nearby, along with walking and biking paths.
The main accomodation at Little Barn is quite compact ,but with the addition of the lovely sunroom,it is a lovely relaxing place to stay. Everything was spotlessly clean and the breakfast supplies, toiletries etc were of a high quality. Verity is a lovely hostess who went out of her way to assist us. We hope to return again soon
Little Barn was the perfect stay to celebrate my hubby's 60th. Close to the Wimpole estate and a short drive from Cambridge. Little Barn had everything we needed and more. The host was welcoming and provided lots of literature and information about local places to visit. Our welcome goody package was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
We stayed here for two nights. From the moment we opened the door it had the wow factor. The room was clean, homely and very cosy.
The host has literally thought of everything you might need from plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and even shower gel as well as stocking the fridge up with fresh produce.
Perfect spot and had a lovely time.
We will definitely go back

Quiet and very comfortable. Although I didn’t use it the local pub has a good reputation and there is a local Nisa. The continental breakfast provision was excellent. Limited cooking capability but fine if you are ok with microwavable meals.
The host, Verity, was very friendly, and we found the cupboard well stocked with all kinds of teas and coffees. There was also some food and milk already in fridge. The bathroom with walk in shower is a good size and nicely decorated. The room, though smallish was well laid out with good quality furniture, a very comfortable bed, and the patio to sit out on in the garden was lovely. There is also a seating area for guests in the little conservatory with information leaflets and maps. the weather was warm and sunny, so we mostly sat out when at the property. Being a smallish space the cooking facilities were limited to a kettle, microwave and toaster but these folded away really nicely in the cupboard and were totally adequate for our needs. The local pub does excellent food, perfectly cooked. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Had a wonderful couple of nights at Little Barn. Verity was very welcoming and left me a birthday card which was a lovely touch.
We were grateful for the milk, fruit, bread, tea, cereal etc and the Barn itself is beautifully decorated.
There is a small conservatory you walk into which the main house also has access to, so although you’re quite close to the owners house, you still felt apart as Verity closed her door and pulled her curtain across to give each other some privacy.
About 30 minutes from Cambridge but not a lot going on around the area for us (depends what you’re into I guess). Good local pub 2 minutes walk away.
Barn was beautiful, the only fault I had was there was no mirror to do your hair in the morning (that’s being picky), but would recommend.
Thank you for a lovely stay!

Lovely property! Nice touches throughout and a great host.
We had an absolutely faultless first rate 2 nights stay at this property. The hostess was welcoming and looked after us with kindness and grace. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area. Thank you!
Started with a warm welcome by the friendly owner, Verity, who showed us around. The property is well stocked with everthing you would need. Very tastefully done, makes for a great stay. Not far from Cambridge and IWM Duxford
Little Barn is a gem. Although compact, it is extremely well appointed. Comfortable with everything guests would need for a stay. The small conservatory area, is an added bonus, a great space to relax and unwind. Lovely host, who is always keen to make sure guests enjoy the stay. Definitely would stay here in the future.
The barn is perfect, for a couple looking for a tranquil, private setting, with a number of lovely pubs/restaurants near by with 1 in walking distance, another in the next village, and a lovely Italian only a couple of miles up the road, the National trust site at Wimpole is well worth a visit, and the city of cambridge via the park and ride is full of interesting sites. We had a very full week, and enjoyed our stay 100% helped by Verity, the hosts lovely accommodation and hospitality.
The Little Barn was just perfect for our needs. Situated less than a mile from The Wimpole Estate which we were visiting. Excellent eating just 150 yds down the road, so all in all perfection. Your host, Verity, could not be any more helpful, thoughtful and kind. The barn itself is newly refurbished and of very high quality. So if you need accommodation in Cambridge area you won't go far wrong staying here.

A beautiful and tranquil spot to relax and enjoy. Convenient for Airshow at Duxford and Cambridge
This cottage is packed with the essentials and a beautiful garden and private little terrace to enjoy. Although a ‘tight fit’ it has been cleverly designed with top quality bedding and furnishings and folding shutter doors for shade and air. The small touches were much appreciated like supplies of milk, cereals, mineral water and of course hot pastries and a pot of hot coffee delivered each morning in a basket at door. Thank you Verity !
Verity is the perfect host. The barn is utterly charming. Authentic with a modern twist. The goodies left by Verity in the fridge and pantry were also delicious. The garden is spectacular. And the little sun room as you enter is fabulous. Spotlessly clean too. This was our 2nd visit and we will be back. Only a short distance into Cambridge by car. Would thoroughly recommend. Gillian
Beautifully arranged and spotlessly clean. Wonderful selection of breakfast goodies along with tea and coffee etc was a welcome touch. Good communication, with comprehensive instructions for check-in. Would highly recommend.
